Thanks for inquiring about our event that will be held at Opryland Hotel & Resort on
Saturday, January, 1, 2011. What better way to kick off the new year than showcasing your
songs and artistry in Music City, USA.

Here are additional details for you. The email is long, but  comprehensive. LOL  Please read
all the details very carefully.

The conference is free to attend! Wow, what a deal! This is Embassy Music's Christmas present  to you...a $200 value for free!!

We are simply asking that attendees 'pay it forward' by bringing a food donation & a copy of your CD (or lyric)
to give to the homeless and needy here in Nashville.

The conference will last all day on Saturday. However there are optional one-on-one
artist A&R and songwriter consultations that are available to you the day before (Friday)
and the day after (Sunday) as not to interfere with Saturday's activities.

Questions? Call our help line 615.290.8670

The conference will offer:

Educational classes- Topics include songwriting, publishing, performance techniques,
recording a project, getting your music on radio, and many more.

Do you think classes are boring? Think again. At the Embassy Music Seminars you will

hear from industry professionals. Who on a day-to-day basis work with artists, songwriters,

plan out tours, produce cds, develop artists, manage careers, design and implement publicity

campaigns, among many other things.

Networking- Here's your chance to meet people who work in the Christian Music
Industry. Producers, publishers, booking agents, radio promoters, songwriters
& more.

Here is your opportunity to meet potential co-writers, artists, managers, booking agents, producers, A&R reps, radio promoters and more!

Artist & Songwriter Auditions- Here is you opportunity to showcase your music in Nashville and
win a recording session with a 2-time Dove Award winning producer!!  The Embassy music
stage has helped artists and songwriters obtain publishing deals, record deals, major tours,
and both Grammy and Dove nominations. The live auditions are fun! Not only do you perform,
you also hear other performers as well. Unlike some TV talent shows, we don't discourage you,
but rather we encourage you! You get to sing in a very warm, friendly, environment.

With your free registration you can have one audition, either artist or song. If you are both
an artist and songwriter, we highly recommend you enter both categories. Although one audition
is free, there is a small fee of $50 for the 2nd audition.

Lastly audition slots are limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis. FYI This particular event,

unfortunately is not set up for a "live band" however, feel free to send your "front man" to take part in the

conference. Audition contestants will have access to a keyboard, may bring a guitar or sing to a provided backing

track.

We are excited that Opryland Resort (which just re-opened after a 200 million dollar post flood renovation) is hosting this event!
And yes, it will still be illuminated with millions of Christmas lights and decorations.

Although a room at Opryland can cost $300 or $400 per night, we have a special Embassy Music

rate starting at $99* per night. To our knowledge this is the lowest rate they offer. This special offer  is not

available on Opryland's website, you must call to get this rate. There are a limited number of rooms at the

discounted rate and cannot be guaranteed if the reservation is made after Friday, December 10. Therefore, we

strongly encourage you to make your reservation by December 10th!!

You must contact Opryland by phone at 615-883-2211. Reference Embassy Music or give them the code X-EMM11.

If you have any problems feel free to call us.

NOTE: IF YOU LIVE IN NASHVILLE AND DO NOT NEED A ROOM DISREGARD THE HOTEL INFO.. SIMPLY

EMAIL US TO LET US KNOW YOU PLAN TO ATTEND!

Once you have made your reservation please email us immediately at <info@embassymusic.com> with your name and the confirmation

code that they gave you. This will also serve as your registration code for the conference.

Once we receive your confirmation code we will be sending you other additional details regarding the event.

A&R Artist & Songwriter Consultation Overview (Available only on Friday or Sunday only).

Some attendees have said that the A&R Artist & Songwriter Consultations were the highlight of the conference!

Do you need direction with your career? If so, here's your opportunity to have one-on-one time
with a music industry professional.  The sessions last a half hour and are done in a non-musical
setting that would be very similar to having a meeting with an A&R label rep or a manager. You'll
have the opportunity to sing, play an instrument, play your demo or perform your original songs.
You'll then get feedback on any promotional material you have, your performance, etc.

You'll be able to ask questions, get direction with your career and see how you are perceived
through the lens of the music industry. You can receive counsel on what your next step should
be in pursuing your artistry. We can give you direction with  booking, marketing, publicity, touring,
recording, management, radio, publishing, songwriting and so on.

If your focus is more on songwriting, you can have your lyrics and melodies critiqued as well. You
can also receive feedback on your demos and receive advice on how to proceed in developing
relationships with co-writers, artists and publishers.

The consultation is designed to help "frame" you as an artist or songwriter. It's also designed to
help identify your strengths and your weaknesses.

Unfortunately, there's not always an easy road map to becoming a successful artist or songwriter.
The Embassy Music Artist & Songwriter Consultations are designed to make that path easier for you!

The length of the consultation is 30 minutes. The fee is $75.  To schedule your consultation with an
A&R rep please email Sari at <info@embassymusic.com>

Let us know if you have any additional questions. We are excited about the possibility of you joining us
in Nashville!

Blessings,

Steven
